Phase 1 - Vision Sessions

We will meet and discuss your organization’s mission, impact, and vision. We discuss ideas for how to visually bring your organization’s mission and impact to your team’s “front of mind.” Artwork themes will be proposed, elaborated upon, and chosen. Visioning can be accomplished in approximately 2-3 sessions.

Phase 2 - Proposal & Design Development

With a clear understanding of your organization’s Artwork goals, CAFA will provide a professional proposal for approval. Proposals typically include:

• Floor plans noting artwork installation locations

• Interior elevations showing approximate artwork sizes

• Influence images to scale

• Production and installation schedule estimates

• Budget estimates

Phase 3 - Artwork Production

Once the proposal is approved, and the scope of work is well-defined, the work of creating the paintings begins. CAFA will send progress updates throughout the process, and clients can request personalized modifications as needed.

Phase 4 - Framing & Installation

CAFA can partner with, and manage, the professional framing and installation team. We will assist and monitor the installation process to ensure accuracy, quality, and artwork safety throughout.
